SIDE DISTANCE WARNING

The 2027 Dodge Charger uses ultrasonic side sensors to determine how close its sides are to an object. If a real risk of collision is sensed, visual and audible warnings are issued to alert the driver.

FRONT TIRE-TO-CURB CAMERA

Side cameras in the vehicle provide a dedicated tire-to-curb view to help avoid brushing the curb during parking maneuvers.

TURN SIGNAL ACTIVATED BLIND SPOT

This system uses side cameras to offer a view of blind spots. When the turn signal is activated, a visual of the vehicle’s blind spot appears on the vehicle touchscreen, helping drivers change lanes with confidence.

360° SURROUND VIEW CAMERA

This system turns on automatically when the vehicle is shifted into reverse but can be engaged manually via the Freestanding Touchscreen Display. When the vehicle is in reverse and moving under 7 miles per hour, front, rear and side cameras offer a complete view of the vehicle’s surroundings, with dynamic gridlines showing vehicle trajectory.

PARKSENSE® WITH CAMERA

Using cameras around the vehicle, ParkSense® with Camera offers front and top-down views of the vehicle when it’s in Drive, and can alert you when obstacles are detected in the vehicle’s path.

ACTIVE DRIVING ASSIST

Experience the semi autonomous driving features. Way beyond cruise control, this system lets the vehicle take partial control of acceleration, steering, and braking and can adjust lane positioning when the driver allows. A sensor in the steering wheel reminds the driver to keep their hands on the wheel while using the feature.

FORWARD COLLISION WARNING PLUS

Using a forward-facing radar and ultrasonic sensors sensor input, this available system helps to detect vehicles or pedestrians. If driver input is not detected, the feature issues visual and audible notifications, and can even engage the emergency brakes if needed.

BLIND SPOT MONITORINGWITH REAR CROSS PATH DETECTION

When another vehicle is detected in a blind spot, this system issues a visual warning via the triangle icon on the exterior mirror and makes an audible chime if the turn signal is activated. Rear Cross Path Detection can also detect objects behind the vehicle and issue an alert when the vehicle is backing up.

TRAFFIC SIGN RECOGNITION

Using a forward-facing camera when equipped with navigation, Traffic Sign Recognition reads upcoming traffic signs and displays the speed limit via the Digital Cluster Display.

DROWSY DRIVER DETECTION

This system uses visual and audible alerts to warn drivers that erratic and fatigued driving has been detected.
