In addition to our standard front-wheel drive, we’ve designed the All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) system (available on the Dodge Journey SXT, Crew and R/T) to basically transfer power from wheels without traction to wheels with traction, which helps keep every tire gripping its best. The AWD engages automatically when necessary, and then disengages quickly.
