    The ability to provide peak power, torque and generous fuel efficiency[1] with smooth idle and low-speed operation is the hallmark of Journey's 2.4L World Engine with dual variable valve timing (VVT). The fact is Journey has the best fuel economy in its class[2], as well as the lowest annual fuel cost of any vehicle in its class[2]. Factor in that dual VVT is not a common find on moderately priced vehicles, and you'll agree that Journey is anything but common.

    The 2.4L engine is standard on SE.

The available 3.5L V6, paired with the 6-speed automatic transmission with AutoStick®, delivers excellent drivability with smooth, quiet performance and the economics of 100,000 mile scheduled tune-up intervals.

    The 3.5L engine is standard on all R/T and SXT models.
