    Hybrid technology is all about saving energy. Case in point, Durango HEMI® Hybrid's regenerative braking uses the energy that would normally be lost during braking and harnesses it for re-use — keeping the battery pack charged and ready to go. Electric motors use the captured energy to accelerate the vehicle during stop-and-go traffic and to assist the gas engine when necessary for top fuel-efficiency[1].
