Dodge Sprinter has a unibody structure — the all-steel body and the vehicle frame form a single load-bearing unit to enhance passenger safety and allow cost-effective repairs. In addition, the floor panels are galvanized at all joints and contact points. Corrosion-prone sections of the body are also galvanized on one or both sides. These features, together with the priming, seam-sealing and paint, result in effective corrosion protection.

Dodge Sprinter van is covered by a 5-year / 100,000-mile Limited Outer-Body Anticorrosion Warranty. The Dodge Sprinter outer finish-painted metal panels are covered by the Chrysler LLC 5-year / 100,000-mile limited anticorrosion perforation warranty. See your local Dodge dealer for a copy of this limited warranty.
